CHIA OIL

Growing Regions: Chia oil is produced from pressed chia seeds. The Chia plant (Salvia Hispanica) is native to Mexico, South America.  Chia seed is commonly grown in Mexico, Bolivia, Peru and Argentina.

Variations: Oil

Uses: Chia oil can be used as a dietary supplement or as a substitute for other oils in meals such as salads.
